Insomnia Support Number One: Valerian

The best insomnia support is the one which you find most effective. I've used Valerian for years (on the advice of a friend) and have had some seriously great nights of sleep. I wake up feeling like a million bucks.



Plus, I'm not groggy the next day, which was my experience with some of the more popular prescription sleeping aids. Honestly, it kind of makes me wonder what they'll find out these man made chemicals do to you ten years down the line? I prefer a natural insomnia support, personally.

Anyway, Valerian Root capsules have been like magic for me. I find that they help me get back into a good sleeping pattern and then I don't have to take them all that often. It's really nice to have it handy in case I need it. It takes effect for me in about a half hour. I wake up 7.5-8 hours later, refreshed and likely not having moved from my bed the entire night.

It just feels so good to get sleep like that and the day goes so much better.
